KERALIT Keralysin Ointment

Gently dissolves scabs and crusts. With mallenders, eczema and older skin injuries, scabs often cover the affected areas of the skin, adhering stubbornly and sticking to the hairs. This means they hinder a meaningful treatment of the underlying pathogens. The extremely thin oils of the KERALIT Keralysin Ointment infiltrate and soften these scab layers and loosen them. These can then be gently removed without mechanical irritation or injury to the skin, often after only 1 overnight application. Additionally prescribed disinfectants or medications can only then achieve their optimal effect. KERALIT Keralysin Ointment has proved to be very useful, especially with Friesians or other horses with long fetlock feathers, as there was no need to remove the feathers before treating.
