Participation in the bonus points program is automatic when you set up a free customer account in our online store. No separate registration is required!
The bonus points will be credited to you automatically as soon as your order has reached the “completed” status. This happens no later than 21 days after your order has been sent.
From a number of 200 bonus points you can redeem the points directly in the shopping cart or before completing the order. Your collected bonus points will be converted into a monetary amount (1 bonus point = 0,05€) which will then be deducted from your invoice amount. You can decide in the shopping cart whether and how many bonus points you want to redeem or whether you want to continue collecting points.
Yes, your bonus points can expire. They lose their validity if they are not redeemed within 6 months of being credited to your customer account. Make sure you redeem them in good time before they lose their validity.
If you return or cancel an order, the bonus points that were credited for this order will be subsequently deducted from your credit account. This means that you will not keep any bonus points for the returned or canceled order.
