Promotion Conditions
Below you will find the general terms and conditions for redeeming our promotional vouchers and discount codes from newsletter, social media and advertising campaigns. Unless otherwise stated in the individual conditions of the respective voucher, the following conditions apply:
- Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the Albenisa GmbH online shop at www.albenisa.de and are only valid within the period stated on the voucher.
- Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. Only one voucher can be used per customer and order.
- Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other discount campaigns (with the exception of gift vouchers). Promotional vouchers from newsletter, social media and advertising campaigns can also not be combined with other discount codes.
- Individual brands or product groups may be excluded from voucher promotions; a current list of excluded brands can be found on the respective voucher or on our website at www.albenisa.de.
- If a promotional voucher is linked to a minimum order value, this must be reached in order to redeem the voucher. The required minimum order value is stated on the voucher. If no minimum order value is specified, no minimum order value applies.
- If a return falls below the minimum order value, the voucher expires and Albenisa GmbH reserves the right to invoice the discounted amount retrospectively.
- A cash payment or subsequent offsetting of the voucher value is excluded.
- Promotional vouchers are personalised and may not be passed on to third parties, resold or otherwise transferred. Albenisa GmbH accepts no liability for the loss, theft or misuse of a voucher.
- In the case of partial returns, only the discounted purchase amount paid will be refunded; there is no entitlement to a replacement voucher or a new calculation of the voucher value.

AUTUMN PROMOTION 2026 – YOUR AUTUMN. YOUR ADVANTAGE.
As soon as the order value of items from the new collections reaches the respective discount tier, the matching discount appears as a coupon in the shopping cart for selection. The customer activates the discount themselves with a single click. Redeemable exclusively online at www.albenisa.de.
Validity period
2 October 2026, 00:00 to 5 October 2026, 23:59. The decisive factor is the time at which the order is completed. The coupon must be activated in the shopping cart within the promotion period, and the order must be completed within the promotion period.
Participating items
The promotion applies exclusively to items from the new collection: Tommy Hilfiger Equestrian Winter 2026, HV Polo Winter 2026, Eskadron Dynamic 2026, Kingsland Winter 2026, Imperial Riding Winter 2026, euro-star Winter 2026, Pikeur Athleisure Winter 2026, Pikeur Selection Winter 2026 and ELT Winter 2026. Items that do not belong to the new collection are not taken into account when calculating the order value and are not discounted.
Discount tiers
If the order value of items from the new collections is at least €100, you will receive a €10 discount.
If the order value of items from the new collections is at least €200, you will receive a €25 discount.
If the order value of items from the new collections is at least €300, you will receive a €50 discount.
Conditions
Only the highest discount tier reached is granted per order; discount tiers are not combined or added together. The discount is only granted if the coupon has been activated in the shopping cart. If the order value of items from the new collection decreases because items are removed from the shopping cart, the discount will be adjusted accordingly or will no longer apply. The discount cannot be combined with other vouchers or discount promotions. The discount cannot be used to purchase a gift voucher.
Returns and withdrawal
If individual items are returned or the right of withdrawal is exercised for them, the refunded amount will be calculated taking the discount granted into account. If the order value of items from the new collections falls below the respective discount tier as a result, the discount will be adjusted accordingly.
Cash payout or retroactive credit
A cash payout of the discount is not possible. The discount also cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been completed.
GOOGLE NEW CUSTOMER BONUS
The voucher code can only be redeemed online on our website www.albenisa.de and can be added to the shopping basket during the order process.
