Promotion Conditions
Below you will find the general terms and conditions for redeeming our promotional vouchers and discount codes from newsletter, social media and advertising campaigns. Unless otherwise stated in the individual conditions of the respective voucher, the following conditions apply:
- Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the Albenisa GmbH online shop at www.albenisa.de and are only valid within the period stated on the voucher.
- Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. Only one voucher can be used per customer and order.
- Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other discount campaigns (with the exception of gift vouchers). Promotional vouchers from newsletter, social media and advertising campaigns can also not be combined with other discount codes.
- Individual brands or product groups may be excluded from voucher promotions; a current list of excluded brands can be found on the respective voucher or on our website at www.albenisa.de.
- If a promotional voucher is linked to a minimum order value, this must be reached in order to redeem the voucher. The required minimum order value is stated on the voucher. If no minimum order value is specified, no minimum order value applies.
- If a return falls below the minimum order value, the voucher expires and Albenisa GmbH reserves the right to invoice the discounted amount retrospectively.
- A cash payment or subsequent offsetting of the voucher value is excluded.
- Promotional vouchers are personalised and may not be passed on to third parties, resold or otherwise transferred. Albenisa GmbH accepts no liability for the loss, theft or misuse of a voucher.
- In the case of partial returns, only the discounted purchase amount paid will be refunded; there is no entitlement to a replacement voucher or a new calculation of the voucher value.

Terms and conditions
The voucher grants a discount of 10%, which is applied exclusively to products from the following categories: fly veil, fly fringes, fly protection blankets, anti fly masks and insect repellent. Items outside of these categories are excluded from the discount, even if they are in the same shopping basket. Products from the Busse, Kingsland and Tommy Hilfiger Equestrian brands are also excluded from the promotion, regardless of whether they are assigned to the above categories. The voucher cannot be used to purchase a gift voucher.
