Conditions of participation for the Kavalkade Giveaway on Instagram

These conditions of participation refer to the giveaway of Albenisa GmbH, Friedensstraße 13b, 06184 Kabelsketal (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”). Participation in the giveaway is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way organized or supported by Instagram.

1. Duration of the giveaway

The duration of the giveaway is from 11.11.2025, 12:00 pm to 16.11.2025, 11:59 pm. During this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the giveaway online.

and agree to these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Actions received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the givaway. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning.

Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.

3. Eligible participants

Natural persons who are resident in Germany and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

Not eligible to participate in the giveaway are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of the organizer as well as their family members. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the giveaway, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the giveaway.

4. Prize, notification and transmission of the prize

The winner will receive a package containing the following items: a couch blanket from Kavalkade, spur straps (color: black) from Kavalkade, and three pairs of “KavalSocks Christmas” knee socks from Kavalkade. Unless otherwise specified, the color and size of the items can be chosen by the winner, subject to availability.

The winners will be informed promptly by private message and/or e-mail. Each winner must contact us within 7 days by personal message to @albenisa.gmbh or info@albenisa.de. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organizer

The prize will be delivered by parcel post at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner(s). The prize cannot be exchanged, collected by the winner or paid out in cash.

5. Premature termination of the giveaway

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed.

1.) Processing of your personal data in the context of the giveaway

We process your personal data for the proper execution and handling of the giveaway and in particular for sending the prize.

The profile name and, if available, the first name and surname of the respective participant are collected and stored in order to carry out the giveaway.

To send the prize, we also collect the surname, first name and address of the winner(s) and pass this data on to a shipping company commissioned by us. Your data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).

If we publish the first name and surname of the winner(s) separately on our profile or fan page or announce them externally, for example in our online store, this will only be done with the prior express consent of the winner(s) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

2.) Storage period

After the end of the giveaway, your personal data processed in the context of the giveaway will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the giveaway, unless you have given your effective consent for further processing (e.g. with regard to the newsletter dispatch) and/or we have no legitimate interest in further storage.

3.) Your rights as a data subject

The applicable data protection law grants you the data subject rights listed below if the respective legal requirements are met:

Information on the right to withdraw consent:
Consent that has been granted can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The legality of the processing up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by this.

7. Revocation

Participants are free to cancel their registration data at any time by sending a revocation to info@albenisa.de and thus withdraw from participation.

8. Liability

Claims due to possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors must be asserted exclusively against the prize sponsor. The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or the consequences of this for the implementation of the giveaway.

10. Severability clause

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation.
