Payment and shipping information

A. Shipping costs and information:

Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Your order will be shipped by DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (info@albenisa.de) before placing an order, stating the item, quantity and delivery address with the country and corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

I. Shipping within Germany:

We charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros per order for shipping within Germany. From a gross order value of 99.00 euros we ship free of charge.

II. Shipping outside Germany

Please note: Items from the categories care products and treats/supplementary feed cannot be shipped to non-EU countries.

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 10 days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during order processing.

2. Payment via Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. In order to be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or first register and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store where you can complete the order process. Immediately after placing your order, the transaction will be carried out automatically by Amazon. 3. Payment via PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at the checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
   
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.albenisa.de).
   

5. Payment via Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple end device by following the verification steps. 6. Payment via Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay as part of the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported end device by following the verification steps. 7. Payment by invoice (via Ratepay)
Delivery on account via RatePAY (only up to a maximum order value of EUR 2,000 and subject to a positive credit check)

We offer the following payment methods via the payment service provider Mollie:

8. Payment via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

• Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.
• Direct debit: Your account will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you offer.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. C. Information on calculating the delivery time:

Information on delivery times In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

If you order several items from us within the scope of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in several partial shipments, depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
